So as I keep thinking about my most recent blog posts, I feel I need to write a little check list:

  1.  Always bring yourself back to basics.
  2. Check in regularly with who you are and who you are becoming.
  3. Discover what is true, good and possible about yourself.
  4. Take note of the lessons you’re learning along the way.
  5. Make decisions whilst keeping your values in mind.
  6. Be grateful daily.
  7. Be true to your own definition of success.


  1.  Celebrate the little things.
  2. Forgive yourself for past mistakes.
  3. Be proud of who you are.
  4. What is your definition of success?  Know it!
  5. Remain clear on your daily purpose.
  6. Notice the special moments in your life.
  7. Make a choice to be happy with what you have.
  8. Be the You you want to be.
  •  Write down your values and your definition of success and put them where you can easily see them every day.
  • Program these values into your smart phone or computer.
  • Whenever you start feeling overwhelmed, go back to basics.
  • See your definition of success for each day and make your intentions clear.
  • Take a deep breath and go through your purpose for the day before you get out of bed in the morning.
  • Tap into the feeling you had when you felt at your best and recreate that in your body prior to getting up in the morning.
  • Choose your attitude each day.
  • Acknowledge your best moment each day or night.
  • Be yourself, everyone else is already taken.
