Questions precede every action we take in life, whether we know it or not.  These questions can be as simple as “Do I really want to do this?” And yet we’re often completely unaware of the questions we ask or how they shape our lives.

Tuning into these questions is one of the most important ways in which we can start finding our insight, inspiration and authenticity and finding these things helps us to start living the life we really want by cutting through the mind chatter and overwhelm so that we can pinpoint the picture of who we are and what we’re trying to achieve.  This is also a way in which we can build our self esteem and confidence to look within for our answers.

The following questions will help you to get started on the process of defining who you are and finding clarity with this.  Please take your time to consider each question fully and honestly as your answers will provide the framework that you will later use to establish your values.
